We Can argue for soul and Grimm ,they rival each other very much so dunno who beats who o.o

Between Ashta and Choz, I was just going by Choz telling me he easily beats Ashta now. Didn't know if it was fact or not.

The level 9 thing was a joke, as the quality of 9 holders kinda drops off after Higashi and Me, then Rocket, large gap after us 3.

19's I couldn't think of any strong holders other than Unika. lol.

No one stays at 19 too long anyway xD
There's shakedown and raven at 19 but they aren't as strong as unika of course xD
