As for Terriator not fixing this mess.
Snow should get his current location from the IP tracker and use as topic title of his emails to Terriator: I know where you sleep at night... ~
You could also try: I know what you did last summer
problem is you can't back that up~
Btw, does the trick to work around the auto-logout bug no longer work or something? It's like everyone is doomed to log out the moment they log in by the looks of how long this thread is...

This problem occured a few days after mass reset and Terr dont answer our pleds for a fix.
and only way to get in when your timer has gone to zero when offline is to wait for a "lockout post" aka a notification or news, but sad about that is only Admins can do that and they do have life outside the game and cant do that every 30min.
Other thing is to have someone attack you, and they need to be of other race (or a staff member) that is in same lvlrange/bracket, or if you are espada/captain you can have someone of same race to challange attack you to unlock you.
We have been nagging on Terr but it seems like he has dissapeared from the world, not even the staff on TNR knows where he is.
So we cant really do anything else that Help each other out but attacking those you can attack and the Admin do news post whenever they can, and wait for a response from Terr since he is only one that knows how to fix this issue.

yes that does work but then you need to be able to logging every 55min and reset the timer, if you dont play for more than 60 then you get locked out and need help.
